- Some items ordered may be delayed due to Adidas backorder.
- Confirm player number with your team manager/coach prior to ordering and enter where needed. Incorrectly numbered items and sizes are not refundable.
- You will have the option to pay by Credit Card or E-Check.
- SIZING NOTE: Some parents order a size larger than needed to extend the life of the uniform.
- If you already purchased your United Soccer Academy uniform kit last season and need additional items you can also order all items individually.
- IMPORTANT: At Checkout, be sure to enter “Team Name, Age, Gender”. Although not listed, please also ***ENTER PLAYER NAME*** to the same box to help with distribution.

Please allow time for screen printing and embroidery, approximately 4-6 weeks.
